By collaborating with partners, the programme provides tailored financial and technical support to ventures, with the ultimate goal of establishing an independent Funguo Innovation Facility. This facility aims to leverage public funding to unlock private and third-party investments, ensuring sustainable growth and scaling opportunities for startups

The programme equips these entities to guide startups through growth stages, enabling them to become investment-ready and attract both impact and commercial investments.
